Francois Laurin, President & CEO

Former Chief Financial Officer of Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Ltd., which was acquired by Cliffs Natural Resources earlier this year for $4.9 billion. Mr. Laurin also has extensive experience in the transportation, telecommunication, media and private equity industries. He is currently a member of the board of directors of several non-profit organizations and has been a director and member of board committees of both public and private companies. Mr. Laurin is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst, and holds a graduate diploma in Public Accountancy and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.

Andrew W. Bowering, Chairman and Director

Andrew Bowering, is a self-employed management consultant to public companies and has provided services in a variety of management and financial oversight roles. He has held senior executive positions and directorships in numerous public companies involved in mineral exploration in Canada, the United States, Mexico and China. He has an in-depth knowledge of securities markets, regulatory affairs and investor/public relations. Mr. Bowering has led several large acquisition programs in Northwest British Columbia, Alberta and Central Mexico. Mr. Bowering obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science, from the University of British Columbia in 1986.

Brian Penney, Chairman of Operations

Brings significant iron ore experience to the Company, having worked for the Iron Ore Company of Canada ("IOC"), a Rio Tinto subsidiary, for more than 15 years. During his tenure with IOC, Mr. Penney held many senior roles including: General Manager of all Processing Facilities, General Manager of Mining Operations and General Manager of Integrated Planning. In addition, Mr. Penney currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ridgemont Iron Ore Corp. He is a professional engineer, graduating from Technical University of Nova Scotia with a degree in Metallurgy

Paul Bozoki, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Bozoki is a Chartered Accountant, holds an MBA and has over fifteen years of accounting, tax and corporate finance experience. Since October 2010, Mr. Bozoki has served as Chief Financial Officer of Black Iron Inc., a TSX-listed junior resource company developing an iron ore project in Ukraine. Mr. Bozoki began his career at Ernst & Young LLP where he spent six years auditing clients predominately in the mining industry.

James Powell, GM Projects

Mr. Powell is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and holds a Master's degree in Engineering (M. Eng.) in Mining from McGill University and an undergraduate degree in Civil engineering (B.Sc. Eng.) from the University of New Brunswick. Mr. Powell is based in St. John's, Newfoundland and will oversee the 2012 planned exploration and development programs of the Company's Block 103 (Greenbush and Northwest) and Redmond properties located in Labrador, and all other engineering activities that the Company will undertake in the future. Mr. Powell brings 14 years of experience in mining and geotechnical engineering and was recently at Stantec as associate, senior engineer and team lead for the Newfoundland and Labrador Geotechnical and Mining Engineering group, where he was involved in numerous mining projects. Mr. Powell also provided support to the environmental sciences and environmental engineering teams and was primarily involved with project planning and management, data analysis, engineering design and reporting.

Josh Van Deurzen, Corporate Secretary

Mr. Van Deurzen is a corporate and securities lawyer who works as a legal consultant to various public and private companies in the resource-based sectors. Previously, Mr. Van Deurzen practiced law at large law firms in New York and Toronto. Mr. Van Deurzen holds a Master of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto.

Brett Matich, Director

Mr. Matich is an Australian who recently became a permanent resident of Canada. He has been involved in the mining industry in Australia and around the world for over 20 years. Mr. Matich was the Managing/Executive Director of ASX listed and AIM listed Aztec Resources Ltd. ("Aztec") where he identified an Australian dormant iron ore mine, and successfully completed a bankable feasibility study. Aztec was takeover by ASX listed Mount Gibson Iron Ltd. in 2006 and now the Aztec mine exports approximately 3 million tonnes of iron ore per annum. As inaugural Managing Director of ASX listed Fox Resources Ltd. ("Fox") in 2002, Mr. Matich identified a closed Australian nickel mine and successfully returned it to production by 2004. He has been involved in excess of $100M in financings.

Graham Harris, Director

Graham Harris has over 18 years of experience in the finance industry, including former Senior Vice President and Director at Canaccord Capital Corp. and Senior Vice President and Director of Yorkton Securities, he also served as Yorkton's representative to the Investment Dealers Association of Canada. Mr. Harris obtained his BA in Economics from the University of British Columbia, Canada in 1986.

Troy Gill, Director

Graduated with Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of Wollongong, NSW, Australia, graduating in 1993.
Mr Gill spent 15 years with Rio Tinto which provided him with exposure to a wide range of commodities. Most notably, while with Rio Tinto, he was team leader of Pilbara Iron Ore and oversaw the discovery of the high grade Wellthandelthaluna deposit and the 750Mt Caliwingina Channel Iron Deposit. Troy currently resides in Vancouver and is the VP Exploration of Guerro Exploration Inc, and Exploration Manager of Sanatana Diamonds Inc.

Mark J. Morabito, Special Advisor to the CEO

Mr. Morabito has over 15 years' experience in public markets with a strong focus on junior mining with extensive experience in capital-raising and corporate development. Mr. Morabito founded and has been the principal driving force behind a number of successful resource development companies including Alderon Iron Ore Corporation, Crosshair Energy Corporation, Excelsior Mining Corp and others. He is also the founder of EGM Exploration Group Management Corp, which is now part of Forbes & Manhattan as Forbes West, overseeing all of the Forbes and Manhattan western North American operations. Mr.Morabito has a BA from Simon Fraser University and completed his J.D. at the University of Western Ontario. He practiced Corporate Finance and Securities Law in Toronto and Vancouver prior to becoming a principal in the mining industry.
